Our aim is to provide needleworkers with well priced products.

What you see on the site is what we have in stock (unless it has sold out on the day you purchase). An " Out of Stock" note appears next to a product that is not available. Once you place an order we will mail it to you within 2 business days. If we cannot complete your order we will email and let you know. If you decide to wait until more stock arrives we will give you a 10% discount on the goods you have to wait for - this applies to normal stock items only, not special orders.

We also have a Loyalty Program. Your 11th purchase attracts a discount of 20%. We keep a record of all your purchases.

Effective 8 April 2013 Australia Post has raised the rate for parcels up to 500g to $6.95.

Small parcels: up to 500g $6.95 plus handling fee ($1).

Larger parcels need to be weighed and postage calculated depending on weight, size and destination. You will be advised by email if the postage will be more than that stated for small parcels. Some smaller parcels can be sent at the Large Letter rates, if this applies a part refund will be given.
